Probation Violations — A Second Chance to Stay Clean

We can help if you have been arrested for a new crime while on probation, or taken into custody by a probation officer for violating a judge's orders. We have represented clients on probation for drug offenses or a DUI, who failed a urine analysis (UA), or clients whose deferred felony sentence comes into play because of a new traffic offense or misdemeanor crime.

Mr. Foley bargains directly with the probation officer or district attorney to prevent the court from revoking probation and imposing the full original jail term. In most cases, he can have clients reinstated to probation in exchange for a short jail stay, agreeing to enter treatment or other additional conditions.

Parole Violations — Keeping Clients out of Prison

In exchange for early release from prison, the parole board sets a number of stipulations regarding personal conduct and criminal activity. If you have been arrested for violating terms of parole, Mr. Foley negotiates with the parole hearing officer to arrange probation, treatment or other alternatives to being sent back to prison. He makes every effort to prevent re-parole, or minimize the time to be served.
