Colorado Springs officers claim that they initially questioned a suspect about shoplifting, but the search of his vehicle supposedly yielded drugs as well. The man now faces charges relating to theft as well as drug distribution allegations.

Colorado Springs police have recently arrested a former high school football coach stemming from rumors that he was allegedly having a relationship with a student. Police believe that the 21-year-old was having an intimate relationship with a 15-year-old student. The Colorado Springs coach has been charged with a sex crime resulting from the incident.

Man's criminal defense yields restitution fees, probation

A real estate agent accused of deceiving investors in a property scheme has recently been sentenced in court. He was originally suspected of lying to investors about the true value of a Colorado land property then using the excess money for business transactions. Colorado police suspect that the man purposefully set fire to his mobile home in an attempt to resist arrest.
