A Pillar of Defense in Colorado Springs

Video: Colorado lawmakers up the ante for multiple DUI convictions

Drunk driving charges may result from a momentary lapse in judgment, a mistake or even false assumptions made by police officers, but they can have a serious impact on many aspects of your life.

Colorado lawmakers recently gave drunk driving laws some real teeth. The new laws went into effect in 2015, increasing a fourth-offense charge from a misdemeanor to a felony.

With a felony conviction comes very serious penalties, including up to a 4-year prison sentence. Learn more about the consequences by watching the video below.

Arm yourself with a strong defense the first time, every time

The new laws make fighting a drunk driving offense with a strong defense even more important, whether it is your first or fourth DUI.
