Attorney Rebekah Long earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Baylor University in Texas, graduating magna cum laude. While at Baylor, she was named outstanding student in philosophy. Attorney Long was inducted into the oldest and most prestigious national honor society, Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Attorney Long shares this honor with 17 US Presidents, 37 US Supreme Court Justices, and 136 Nobel Laureates. Attorney Long was also inducted into the oldest social sorority, Kappa Kappa Gamma, while at Baylor.

After completing a Bachelors Degree at Baylor University, Attorney Long attended the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was awarded a Juris Doctorate Degree. While at Notre Dame Law School, Attorney Long was the president of the American Constitution Society and a member of the Executive Committee for the Amicus Society.

Upon graduation from the University of Notre Dame Law school, Attorney Long took a position as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado in the 4th Judicial District for El Paso County. While at the District Attorney's office, Attorney Long successfully litigated numerous criminal trials. As a Deputy District Attorney, Attorney Long represented thousands of domestic violence while handling cases as the lead prosecutor in the Domestic Violence Fast Track Program.

Attorney Long is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
