Driving under the influence (DUI) is a serious crime in every state, which means Colorado is no exception. 1. Possession of a fake ID

2. Solicitation of alcohol

3. Distribution of alcohol to minors (if other minors are in the car)

4. Minor in possession of alcohol

5. Child endangerment (if other minors are in the car)
